Can I pickup my order instead of ship it ?


Yes, absolutely. Curbside Pickup is only available to existing LUNKARA members.




Can I track my order?


You may check the status of your order at any time by viewing the My Orders section of "My Account". You will also receive e-mail updates about your order status at the address you provided during checkout. If you need further assistance tracking your order please contact LUNKARA Support by emailing us on shoplunkara@gmail.com




Can I change or cancel my order?


We process orders very quickly to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible. As a result, you are unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.




Does LUNKARA have a store I can visit?


LUNKARA is online only.




Do you accept credit cards?


We accept online instant payment by credit cards. General payment must be made within 3 days of order.




I emailed LUNKARA support, how long will it take them to respond?


For an immediate answer, you can contact LUNKARA support via Instagram/Facebook direct message. For E-Mail, expect a response within 24-48 hours from LUNKARA support.




I didn't receive a comfirmation email, did my order go through?


As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Make sure to save your order number for your record. Note: Often times order emails can be marked as spam.




Can I change the address that my order is shipped? Can I pick it up at a ups store?


No, LUNKARA only ships to the customer's billing adress and cannot be rerouted. Once its shipped the adress cannot be changed or adjusted.
